Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Ottocare Garage ERP platform (“Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Ottocare provides multi-tenant software for garage, workshop, and vehicle retail operations, including customer records, job cards, quotations, invoices, inventory, and related modules subject to your subscription.

2. Accounts and access

• You must provide accurate organisation and user details and keep credentials secure.
• Tenant administrators are responsible for users under their organisation and for configuring roles and permissions.
• Platform operators may suspend access for non-payment, abuse, or security risk.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Access to modules depends on the subscription plan assigned to your organisation. Plans, limits, and renewal terms are set by the platform or your partner. See also the Billing policy.

4. Acceptable use

Use of the Service is also subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Data and privacy

How we process personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Data Protection notice. You are the controller of customer and operational data you store in your tenant.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, branding, and underlying software remain the property of Ottocare and its licensors. You retain ownership of your organisation’s data.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Ottocare is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of material changes where required by law.
