This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) forms part of the Terms of Service for Ottocare Garage ERP.

You may

Use the Service for legitimate garage, workshop, fleet, or automotive business operations
Invite users under your organisation within plan limits
Export your organisation’s data for backup or migration where the product allows

Attempt to access another tenant’s data or accounts
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without prior written permission
Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including denial-of-service activity
Upload malware, or content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes others’ rights
Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages outside legitimate customer communications
Misrepresent identity, forge payment references, or abuse payment/SMS integrations
Resell or white-label the Service except under a written partner agreement
Circumvent billing, seat limits, or feature restrictions

We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, or report activity to authorities when appropriate.
